Wright was chairman of the Addison County Wool Growers' Association and writes on behalf of the Association to urge Morrill, a member of Congress, to give his views on the wool tariff question and on a bill about this pending in Congress. Accompanied by an extract from a report of a meeting of the Association, Oct. 3, 1866, urging Congress to take action on the tariff bill.
